Using the WebMail Calendar

WebMails built-in calendar follows the same model as that in Outlook or Outlook Express.

The Calendar

Add an Appointment

The Bell icon shows an Appointment in the timeline.

Appointments can be created by clicking on the appropriate time. You can then enter the details of your appointment. When finished, your Appointment with display in time period, like the 9:00am 'Meeting' in the example above.

Adding a New Task

The Clipboard with a Checkmark icon shows an Appointment in the timeline.

The tasks panel (bottom right in example above) lists all the tasks you currently have. The example above shows two tasks, Task1 and Task2. Tasks can be created by clicking Add New in the tasks panel. You can then enter the details of your task. When finished, your Task with display in time period like Task2 does in the example above.

Deleting a Task

To delete a Task, Click the box beside the Task to be deleted in the tasks panel; a checkmark should appear in the box. Select Complete from the list menu beside the Update button. Click the Update button.
